ERZ kerbside collection requires a Sperrgutmarke (CHF 9 per piece, max 25 kg), items placed outside by 7 am, and 3 working days' notice. ERZ does not carry items from your home. We collect from any floor, on short notice, any day of the week, for items of any weight.
We do not use landfills as a primary disposal route. Items are assessed, then routed: usable items to donation, recyclables to certified facilities, electronics via SENS/Swico, and only unrecoverable waste to authorised thermal processing.
Yes. We handle estate and bereavement clearances with discretion and care. You do not need to be present. We can work with solicitors, property managers, or family members to arrange access. Valuables are set aside for you to review before anything is removed.
